There is no account manager relaying messages and no site foreman making decisions you never approved. ### Honest numbers, explained before you commit Every price is an estimate with a contingency built in and openly discussed, because material costs move and older Devon properties hide surprises. You are told what might change and why, up front. ### Certified specialists where it matters Part-P registered electricians, gas-registered engineers and an established structural engineer are brought in for the work that legally requires them, coordinated by us, not left to you. ### Guaranteed after we leave A 12-month no-quibble workmanship guarantee, plus a 10-year structural warranty and a 12-month snagging process on new builds. Meet Adam Harrison ## Royal Marine discipline, applied to building work Adam started a bricklaying apprenticeship at sixteen and joined the military at nineteen. The habits the Marines drilled into him (turn up, plan properly, finish what you start) are the same habits that now run every site. After being discharged he bought a digger, went back into the trade, and set up on his own in 2020. Since then the business has grown steadily into a close-knit team of five. Adam is a qualified bricklayer by trade with roughly twenty years standing, and has built his own house from the ground up, with a little help from a carpenter. He is on the tools and project-manages every job personally, from the first estimate to the final item on the snagging list. It is high spec and completed to a very high standard. They are very approachable and happy to answer any questions, they are trustworthy, reliable and always turn up on time. Would highly recommend."VerityNew build, Google review5.0 "Reliable, experienced builder that gave me confidence in the construction of my extension. Highly recommend this company."SamanthaExtension, Google review4.5 "We have been very pleased with the overall quality of the work done to renovate an C18th cottage, putting in a modern bathroom and kitchen without losing the sense of the historical character. The team were cheerful and polite at all times; their skill levels were high, particularly carpentry, plastering, electrics, decoration. They were impressive problem solvers and although we wanted the work completed sooner than it was (so star rating 4.5) we did recognise there were unforeseen challenges. Costs seemed par for the course and were well explained."Tim WicksteadC18th cottage renovation, Google review How it works ## Four clear stages, no guesswork in between You always know what happens next, who is on site, and what it costs before the work starts. - 01 ### Free initial estimate We visit, look at your plans or ideas, and give you an honest ballpark figure with no obligation. - 02 ### Detailed quote A full itemised quote is produced for a fee, refunded in full when you go ahead.
